This policy explains what personal data KunLabs AI LLC (“KunLabs”, “we”, “us”) collects, why, and the choices you have. It applies to kunlabs.ai and to the services we provide.
Who we are
KunLabs AI LLC is a Delaware limited liability company, address 8 The Green, Ste R, Dover, DE 19901, USA. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: admin@kunlabs.ai.
What we collect
- Information you send us. When you email us or request a visibility check: your name, work email, company, website, the brands and competitors you list, and anything else you include.
- Customer account and billing information. If you become a customer: billing contact details and payment records. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, for security and reliability. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website, and we do not sell personal data.
How we use it
- To reply to you and to deliver the visibility check or services you request.
- To run our analysis: the brand names, products and questions you provide are sent to AI providers through their official APIs to generate the answers we measure. These queries are about brands and products, not about you personally.
- To bill customers, keep business records and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
- To keep our services secure and prevent abuse.
- To send you updates about our services, only where you have asked for them or where the law allows; you can opt out at any time.
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, our legal bases are: performing a contract or taking steps at your request before a contract; our legitimate interests in running and improving our business; compliance with legal obligations; and your consent where we ask for it.
Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us operate, under contracts that limit their use of the data:
- Hosting and infrastructure: Amazon Web Services.
- Email and productivity: Google Workspace.
- AI providers used to run analyses (such as OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity, DeepSeek and ByteDance/Volcengine), which receive brand and product queries.
- Payment, banking and accounting providers, when you are a customer.
- Professional advisers, or authorities where required by law.
International transfers
We and our providers operate in several countries, including the United States and Hong Kong. Where personal data moves across borders, we rely on our providers’ contractual safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, and take reasonable steps to protect it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a contract are kept for up to 24 months. Customer and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires, typically 7 years. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to or restrict certain uses, and withdraw consent. Email admin@kunlabs.ai and we will respond within the time the law requires. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you as the law requires if a breach affects you.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect children’s data.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes will be highlighted on this page.
